On Sunday, October 1, 2017, Minh Man’s staff had an interesting morning with the extracurricular activity “UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE’S HEARTS – CONNECTING THE SOUL” directly shared by teacher Trinh Quoc Tri.

1. Meaning of extracurricular activities

Understanding is a seed that all of us have within us; it is a natural thrill when we give and receive love from the heart.

Two things for much of our lives: what happens when we lose touch with our inner empathy, and does this make us aggressive and involuntarily inhumane? On the other hand, what allows some people to remain connected to their inner compassion even in the face of adversity?

I have been struck by the importance of language when investigating aspects that influence our ability to generate compassion. Although we may not know that the way we speak is “aggressive,” as it seems to come easily to us, our “unintentional” and instinctive behavior often causes harm and distress to ourselves and others.

From that point on, I discovered a form of communication called Nonviolent Communication, sometimes called empathic communication, whose goal is to evoke from within us the capacity to give freely. The mission of this extracurricular activity is a sincere, unselfish, heart-to-heart connection, and this understanding blossoms.

Group D: Aggressive, energetic, decisive, assertive, suitable for sales – closing orders.

Group I: Friendly, cheerful, energetic, charismatic group of people… suitable for Marketing

The smiles of Group S are gentle and calm. They are very loyal and quite afraid of change. Suitable for customer care tasks.

Instead of wanting others to get rid of their weaknesses, we should look at their strengths, because it is only through weaknesses that we can develop our strengths. For each situation, depending on the different environment, these 4 personality groups can learn from each other. But never lose yourself.

At the end of extracurricular activities, we realize that we cannot change or force others to change our own personalities, because it is only through weaknesses that each person’s strengths can be enhanced. If we ignore our weaknesses, our strengths will be lost.
